Ingredients:
- Medium-sized cabbage
- Vegetable or palm oil
- Large onions
- Garlic paste
- Chopped tomatoes
- Tomato paste
- Red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Preferred spices
Preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage and slice it into small pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, then add onions and garlic paste, cooking until golden brown.
3. Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and mix well.
4. Once tomatoes are tender, add tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and salt. Let the mixture cook to blend the flavors.
5. Add the cabbage, mixing well.
6. Cover and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve the cabbage stew with rice, yam, or even banku.
